Grasmere

- a village in the English Lake District where William Wordsworth lived for much of his life, and where the Lake Poets used to meet. Wordsworth's house, Dove Cottage, and the churchyard where he is buried are popular with tourists. The village is by a small lake, also called Grasmere.
