- a British television series, broadcast on ITV, in which a group of well-known people go to live together in difficult conditions in the jungle and have to take part in a number of unpleasant or difficult tests. Every day members of the public vote for their favourite person and the one with the fewest votes must leave the group. In the end only one person is left. The programme was first broadcast in 2002.
