- an advice and support centre, where people could also live, which was opened in London in 1986 for people with HIV and AIDS. In 1998 the part where people could live was closed, and in 2015 the whole building was sold. After 2000 the various London service centres of the Terrence Higgins Trust were known as Lighthouse.
